i am so sorry for responding to this way too late! i hope you are feeling better right now then you were when you send me this question! my advice in this situation would be to relax and not stress. Stressing is so much worse for your body then a few extra nuts! don’t worry about it! just drink some water, maybe move around a little if you’re feeling sluggish or heavy, and just sleep it off! you may want to keep your intake of nuts down the next few days just to even things out. but just see how your body feels! every body is different and some people react better to higher quantities of healthy fats then others. my boyfriend thrives off loads of plant fats while i feel uncomfortable with too much. see how your specific body reacts! find the balance of carbs/fats/proteins that works for you. but if you do want to cut back on your nut intake, make sure you eat enough calories throughout the day! lots of fruit carbs!! (and greens/veggies of course) and maybe don’t keep nuts around you if you can’t resist eating a lot of them. try eating chia sees, flaxseeds, avocado, coconut, and acai instead!
