It sounds like you are eating AMAZING, nourishing, fresh, wonderful, delicious food! That is EXCELLENT!! Eat it all in abundance! Please don’t restrict yourself to 1500 calories!! you need more then that to flourish! This food is the building blocks of your cells, and you want to flood your body with as many nutrients as possible! all the fruits & veggies in the world will never make you fat! i promise! i eat 2500-3000 calories a day and only look slimmer! restricting your intake does so much more harm then good! instead of limiting calories, just make sure you keep your fats & proteins down. but please, eat!
Try to eat intuitively, listening to your bodies needs. Eat the healthy food you are craving until you are satisfied, and move on until you are hungry again. Don’t obsess over numbers and don’t associate food with guilt! Take pride when you eat your healthy food, knowing that you are giving your body the best fuel to grow lean muscles, beautiful hair, strong nails, and glowing skin! It’s so freeing to not think about calories! and when you look at food labels, please only look at the ingredient!! that’s what matters! Whole, plant foods. Simple as that =)
